1. Water


It's true! The more hydrated the body, the more hydrated the skin.  Water keeps the skin looking glowing and healthy. Hydration flushes out bad toxins in the skin and helps skin regeneration.  

 

2. Strawberries


Vitamin C is essential to maintaining healthy skin, and without it, there is an increasingly potential risk of skin disease, such as scurvy.  Luckily, strawberries are a super-antioxidant and are rich in vitamin C. Strawberries help to produce collagen that will strengthen the capillaries that supply the skin.

 

3. Pumpkin


Pumpkin contains potassium, and Vitamins A and E, which are especially essential in battling sun damage.  Pumpkin is also made up of 92% water, and its seeds are a good source of zinc.
